Subprocessors

A named list of our current subprocessors, with their locations and the safeguards applied to data transfers, is available on request. We provide it on a per-request basis to limit public exposure of operational details that could affect security or commercial positioning.
How to request the list
Email privacy@lydmera.com with the subject "Subprocessor list request". We will provide the current list within 5 business days. Customers and prospective customers are both welcome to request.
What the list contains
- Each subprocessor's name, purpose, and category of personal data processed
- The country or region where data is processed
- The safeguards applied (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, provider certifications such as SOC 2 Type II)
Change notifications
Subscribed customers are notified by email at least 30 days before a subprocessor change that would materially alter how their data is processed or where it is stored. To opt in to change notifications without being a paying customer, email privacy@lydmera.com with the subject "Subscribe to subprocessor updates".
